I'd go a teeny bit wider than normal, but not so much as to distort people or buildings all that much. Also a 25mm gets very tight as soon as you're inside. I like the Panasonic 20 for travel, so the 19 would get my vote from those for the focal length - except it's not all that fast.

If your budget runs up to the £300 (or equiv) of the 25/1.8 then maybe the 17/1.8 or Panny 20/1.7, I'd go with the latter.

If you have a zoom that covers those focal lengths then I'd say go play a bit and see what works best for you. Also shoot at the fastest aperture and see what lighting situations are problematic and how fast you'd have to go to get a good shutter speed.
