Problems with Photoshop Plugins

For some reason, some of my plugins show up in Photoshop CC (or 5.5) and some don't. The Google (nik) filters show up OK, and the Topaz filters show up OK, but the following filters do not show up in the Filter menu choice:

FocalPoint 2.1

Portraiture 2

Intellisharpen 3

Mask Pro 4.1

Noise Ninja 2.3.2

None of the OnOne Plugins

It's not an issue of 32 vs. 64 bit as all of these are 64 bit compliant.  They are installed in the plugins folder inside the Photoshop folder in my Applications Folder.

Anyone got any ideas on why this is happening?

Only my opinion. It's worth what you paid for it. Your mileage may vary! ;-}
