Connecting Elinchrom D-Lite with Canon 5D mkII
I'm new to this forum and a relative camera novice. I hope I'm not out of place asking this question. If there's a better place to do so, I'll happily move there
I have just acquired an 'Elinchrom D-Lite To Go Set' for my Canon 5D MkII. I'm almost embarrassed to ask but what are my best options for hooking this up? The manuals to the Elinchrom flash don't mention camera connections and I've misplaced my original camera book. I've had a quick look online but I'm confused.
Am I right in thinking there are two options: wired and wireless?
I'm a novice so I'm only planning to play around with this gear at home. I won't be doing any fancy studio work.
Can anyone recommend a basic set up that I might be able to use to try this out on my ever obliging baby boy?
