Image quality on the TZ60/ZS40 shooting in RAW mode

Can someone with at TZ60/ZS40 help me clear this up. I am about to return my TZ60 as I get weird coloured spots when I shoot in raw mode. They are in the darker areas and they are not in the same place everytime.

I have seen this using Silkypix Developer Studio 4.1SE, but I have just gotten hold of the latest beta of Adobe Raw for Windows, and have loaded images through that, and there the spots are almost gone.

Instead of various coloured spots, there are a lower number of them and they are not brightly coloured anymore.

My question is, has anyone else observed this?

Here is a comparison between Adobe Raw, Silkypix and the jpeg from the camera
