upgrading and need advice
So I have an old 300si and two basic lenses. one tamaron 28-80 and one Tokina 80-210 I am wondering if these lenses are going to work on a new Sony a65?
"working" yes, but any today kit-lens should give you much better results!
But are you sure that the 80-210 is a Tokina? Because afaik, I saw only one AF with this range and it's the Tamron - AF 80-210 F4.5-5.6? It have a Tokina but for the Rokkor mount, what is not compatible with the A-mount (but maybe with the E-mount but with an adapter).
So if both of your lenses are badged "AF" they should work on your A65.
