I almost never mind having options, but even if we could change the default, I personally wouldn't want to. I'm pleased that the E-M1 makes it easier to get to the "erase all" command than it was on, well, just about every other digital camera I've ever worked with. But I don't think I'd want it to be much easier than it is now. The risk is too great if I were to screw up. And sooner or later, while working under pressure, I would screw up.
I've been using my E5 for at least two years and never had a problem with it set with "Yes" as
