Sony a6000 does seem like an interesting option!

Thanks to all for your input and suggestions.

The a6000 does seem like an interesting option early testers seem to confirm excellent AF performance and tracking, IQ seems to be a mixed bag compared to nex7 and 6. How would it compare to MF?

One of the things that got me interested in m4/3 was smaller/lighter lenses, but it seems weight wise there is not much advantage expect for longer telephotos, and all-around zooms?

Two of my MF would work with m4/3 adaptor a Takumar 50 1.4 and tokina 80-210f4.5. That would only leave me with the sigma 19 and rokinon fisheye to sell.

Things I think I would like about m4/3:

faster af (probably won't apply to a6000)

smaller/better lenses?

better JPEG output? (I currently shoot mostly raw, but would appreciate if I could skip this for most things)

tocuh foucs, this seems nice, though if the a6000 face focus is really good it might compensate?

Things I like about the NEX:

availability

base iso IQ

nex 7 grip

form factor

slightly larger sensor/a bit more flexibility with subject isolation?

please expand or correct me if I am wrong.

TIA
