My ITX Editing Machine!
I've come from multi GPU full tower gaming builds over the years and always wanted an ITX build for editing and a casual game or two and this is what I ended up with.
Case - EVGA Hadron Air - $189
MotherBoard - EVGA Z87 ITX Board - $199
CPU - Intel 4770k - $269
Cooler - EVGA mITX ACX Cooler - $49
Ram - Corsair Dominator Platinum 2x8g @ 1866 - $239
Hard Drive - Samsung 840 EVO 250g - $179
Hard Drive - Western Digital Black 1TB - $79
GPU - EVGA 750 ti - $149
Keyboard/Mouse - Logitech G15/Razer Deathadder - $200
Display - HP ZR2740w IPS 2560 x 1440 - $399
Total Cost was around $1951 + taxes without discounts at Micro Center. My backups are all done networked on my old gaming tower and in cloud storage off site.
A touch expensive and overkill for editing but I got a little greedy and impulse happy walking around Micro Center.
The image was taken with my Galaxy S4 so don't mind the quality
Also, that is the Nikkor 105 VR Box next to it for a size comparison.
