EM1 died, been repaired but not sure IBIS is working properly.

Camera just stopped working and I thought Olympus Australia had done well to get it back in just 6 business days. They replaced the main circuit board and recalibrated it but naturally all the settings were wiped. It returned with firmware 1.1 installed.

However, as I do some initial shooting and start reconfiguring the body I'm concerned about IBIS.

Since repair I can't see any obvious sign of IBIS working through the viewfinder when I half press the shutter. I recall this was obvious in the past and very important when doing critical focussing. The images also don't seem as sharp as before in low light but this is hard to prove.

I can hear a very faint whirring sound when I touch the shutter which I'm assuming is IBIS and I can see the IBIS indicator in the viewfinder.

I'm hoping it's a configuration setting.

Hoping the collective wisdom of this forum can assist.
