I'm not usually a pixel peeper, but...

I've been shooting with a new Df for about a week and have noticed a slight drop-off in sharpness compared to my D800. Perhaps this is to be expected. In any case, decided to do a little test chart shooting:

I find if I apply my usually sharpening routine in NX2, I can bring out even a greater difference between the two files. What do you all think? Is this about normal?

Test info: Contrast detect (Live View) focusing, AF-S single center point, tripod mounted, mirror up, remote shutter release, Neutral pc, 5 sharpening, no noise reduction, 24-70 lens, shot at about 10 feet. D800 file was down-sized in NX2 to match resolution of Df.

I also checked phase detect focusing, which is spot on for both cameras without any fine tuning. And there is about a 2/3 stop difference in metering.
