First day with X-E2 -- definitely NOT good :(

Peter, not to belabor the point but the dealer did not offer an immediate remedy.  A replacement was not promptly shipped and still has not been.  Fuji has been contacted and I should have noted at their request as there is a card in the box advising the purchaser (in big red letters) to contact Fuji instead of returning it to the store although this is a case where a store return seems more appropriate.  The store also did not offer immediate replacement -- at first saying they would have to find one.  Putting Fuji on notice can help with ensuring that it is taken care of.  Here it seemed the better course was to initiate a return and notify Fuji as well.  Fuji promised a response within two hours so we'll see what they come up with.
