Max FPS vs. Max JPEG

here's the deal

I've been looking for a an affordable* camera that would yield the biggest amount of JPEG's in one round while keeping the fps at something around 8fps or higher.

The following site has a table that compares Canon cameras for exactly the same info I'm looking for, yet it's not the case for Nikon bodies, since i'm obviously a Nikon user.

A 5D Mark III was actually a great match in terms of performance vs. price, yet it's not a Nikon.

Your input guys?

we got a winner here, the 5D3 with its 6fps and 16k max jpeg files (basic quality)

*up to 2000$, doesn't matter whether used or not.
