I like that you can program them to use up the battery in the grip first and essentially have the camera battery as reserve gas in the tank. I also like the small size. I'd just love to see more and longer lasting juice packed into those batteries. I know nothing about this technology, but that is my layman's wish.

In a successor camera, I'd also like to see an extra SD card slot with the ability to back up to it while shooting.

Thoughts?

A feature that isn't essential, to drain more battery power, IMO.
