X-Pro 1 or X-E2 advice needed

I'm looking for some advice.  I love my X100S but I need a body that accepts interchangeable lenses.  The camera I really want is the eventual replacement for the X-Pro 1.

Until then, I'm thinking of buying a secondhand X-Pro 1 or X-E2, which I will resell in about a year's time when the hoped-for X-Pro 2 or whatever it is called comes out. One the used market, both cameras seem to be going for about the same price.

I know the technical differences between the two.

So, here are my considerations:

  • The X-E2 is a newer generation and I can live with an EVF-only body
  • The X-Pro 1 feels a little more solid-- just a tad more "pro" even if it is older and slower, plus it has an OVF, which I prefer.
  • All things equal, I prefer the camera which will depreciate less.

I plan to use the camera with the 35mm, the 55-200mm and possibly the 14mm lenses.

Guys, what do you think I should do?

And I do have one question about the X-Pro 1.  With the newest FW, have they finally fixed the Auto ISO/minimum shutter speed issue?

Thank you all!
