My vote is the 75mm.

The 75mm has more latitude with the capability of being both 1&1/3 stop brighter, and having sharper, superior optics.

The 35-100 will give you more latitude to stay static at your vantage point and having more framing options. Also indoors.

BUT considering you can get the 45mm to bridge the price gap...

I'd go with a pair of primes over the zoom any day.
