Yes, its a little like "my camera has 1/16,000 sec". Well I could use 1/8,000, but 1/16,000 would mean boosting the ISO too much for my liking. I know I can hit ISO 400 at 1/8,000, but at 1/16,000 that means hitting ISO 800 on a bright sunny day. Not something I would want to do on APS-C or a 1" sensor and the need to crop. With a FF sensor, no problem if you don't need to crop too much.

All the best and specs can be interesting sometimes in what the camera has and what you can actually use
