If you want to take DXO ratings as presenting all facts, then consider this: FE55/1.8 is t1.8. E50

No. Your claimed 1.8 is on the A7R. On the Nex 7 it is 2. You guys are amazing. Why can't you just think straight and use the correct data. So it is 0.1 of an F stop brighter. Not detectable. That's the point, no objective advantage to buying FE lenses.  On the other hand in some situations the IS of the E50 will allow more than one f stop equivalent in lower shutter speed and will stabilize all video.  Objective. Not "my assumptions".  Not personal.

Now that we are back to facts, I ask you honestly,

"Is he better off with the FE55 or the bundle of the E50, the E35 and the Sigma 19 which price out to about the same amount?" Which choice will produce a better set of photos during the time when he owns the A6000?  This is the first question to answer.  All other talk is shirking.

If you say "cost is irrelevant" then I say buy a medium format camera and lens set for $40,000. Otherwise compare apples to apples for a basket of lenses at the same price.  When you do this the answer is perfectly obvious on objective data.

I would personally pick FE55. The E50 has zero appeal to me being an APSc lens. I happen to have five lenses at that FL, and not one is E50 or DT50 for that reason. If I were to pick a native lens for portraiture, Sigma 60/2.8 will make a stronger case.

Budget is another issue but you were clear about that being a different issue as it relates to OP. The FE55 is expensive not because it is FF but because the way it is oriented. The same applies to E24, a fine lens in the same price class.
