Peter Doig's Paintings in Montréal (OM-D e-m5 and M.Zuiko 12-40mm)

Peter Doig in a Scottish painter. One of his paintings was sold for 11 millions$ in London during 2007. At that time, that was the record amount paid for a work done by a painter still alive.

These days, there is an exhibition dedicated to him at the Montréal Museum of Fine Arts.

In the following photos, I didn't want to simply show his paintings like a catalog would do, but to show the relations between viewers and his work (and the relations that we can imagine between the figures in his paintings and the Human beings in front of them).

Facing "100 Years Ago" (2001)

Facing "Figures on a Red Boat" (2005-2007)

Facing "Balcony (North Coast)" (2013)
