First of all, it looks like you are not making money with your dslr, sorry if im mistaken. If it is true, then it is not an investment in a new camera, but an expense. In this case buy 6D. You wont need 2 slots, great AF or high shutter reliability for that extra cost. Moreover, light weight and additional lens will be more than handy for you. Its AF is still more than ok, in fact, it is better than on 5dm2, which has been used by many professionals for years.

If you do make money with photoing on a regular basis - get 5dm3.

BTW, did you try to hold those cameras in your hands? They are quite different - for me it was a deciding factor, actually)
