You've also hit my other big bugbear on the Oly, ISO 200 and 1/4000th max means messing about with NDs most of the time.

New firmware also offers "ISO Low" which is ISO 100, though I think as others will tell you it is, in a way, a "fake" ISO setting, but it might get yo uout of using ND filters
