Blown out highlight from Foveon sensor - any suggestions?

I just shot this lovely model this morning. Unfortunately, the linked image has a blown out highlight that ruins the shot, and there seems to be nothing I can do about it in SPP (yes, I shot raw). This shot would have been perfectly exposed, except for that ugly blown highlight. Does anyone have any suggestions about how I could have set my camera to shoot this? I know . . . faster shutter speed, right? That would have killed the shot, but I guess I could have done that and then used Fill Light adjustments, right? Any other ideas? Should I just shoot film? (no, not really an option)
