K-500 Sensor Rattle
I just upgraded from a K-100D to a K-500. What an amazing camera - I'm so happy I finally moved up! My question is about the sensor shift mechanism. The sensor in the K-500 seems to move around much more easily and noisily than the K-100. When I have an old manual lens (m series 100 mm macro) mounted on the K-500 and am using the live view/focus peaking, the sensor moves around and makes noise with the slightest movement of the camera. Is that just normal operation of the sensor shift trying to compensate for the lens movement/shake? Or, is mine just a little too loose and noisy? Thanks in advance for any answers.
