But for some applications some professinals are already using them as one can read at the GetDPI forums or Luminous-Landscape forums.

As I said before DLSRs will exist for quite some time. But I think its quite likely that MLs will catch up sooner or later.

If we really want to get pedantic mirrorless is caught up with DSLRs if you count fixed lens cameras. I don't though. Mirrorless will catch with DSLRs when CaNikon change their entry level bodies to mirrorless. I think that is only a matter of time. But I don't think mirrorless will catch up because people will realize how awesome it is... the entry level market is pretty clueless when it comes to camera tech.
