Do you use the 40 2.8 pancake lens....much?
Re: Do you use the 40 2.8 pancake lens....much?
Not much (although I have been very pleased with the results when I have used it). I have a SL1 (100D) so it's great in terms of size, but I find the field of view a bit too restrictive on APS-C to keep it on all the time (I'm sure it's a great lens to leave on all the time on full frame). Pity as it makes the SL1 very portable. I wish there was a 22mm at the same size which fitted the SL1. The STM 18-55 kit lens is very good though - just bigger!
