New Sigma 18-200 HSM macro

I am interested in the new Sigma 18-200 HSM macro, to be released in April in the UK, but read on the Sigma site that Pentax cameras need to be compatible. Unsure what that meant I contacted Sigma to ask them if it would be fully functional on my K5 11 this was their reply.

Roger- You can find more detailed information about the lens on our Global Vision website; http://www.sigma-global.com/en/lenses/cas/product/contemporary/c_18_200_35_63/index.html The specifications listed indicates Sony and Pentax mounts are not incorporated with OS function. The AF will not function with Pentax ist* series and K100D DSLR cameras that do not support HSM.

From this I take it that the new lens will be fully functioning on my camera, including Live View, camera SR and focus. have I read this right?
