Hospital St. Pau - Barcelona, Spain with the J3

While in Barcelona recently I made it a point to visit Hospital St. Pau. Hospital St. Pau is a Unesco heritage site of a former hospital designed and built near the beginning of the 20th century by Gaudi's teacher. It has a sense of whimsy and cheerfulness and culture that is unexpected in a hospital. I think Hospital St. Pau has become my favorite Barcelona attraction.
C&C is always welcome.

Colorful and uplifting architecture

More of that colorful and detailed architecture

The stone work is fabulous

Always a sense of fun and joy in what would often be a dreary, sad place.
