Which lens has most accurate low-light autofocus for D800?

I just got my first DSLR: D800 + Sigma 35mm/1.4, now I wonder if the autofocus could be any better:

  • In low light (EV = 5±1) at f/1.4 I get only 58% of my photos tack sharp (analyzing 600 shots)
  • At distances of more than 2 meteres, the autofocus is less precise than at short distances.
  • All tests with AF-C, center AF-point, D-1, D-9 or D-21 on faces, using AF-ON button with focus priority
  • My AF fine-tuning: D800 +10, Sigma +16/+20/+5/+4 (at distances 30cm/40cm/60cm/infinity, with USB dock, everything with latest firmware)

Do you think this is acceptable, or could I expect more?

Which lens with wide aperture gives me the most accurate autofocus in low light for the D800?

Do Nikkor lenses generally have better autofocus than 3rd party lenses?

Any of these?

  • Nikkor 24-70/2.8
  • Nikkor AF-S 14-24mm f/2.8G ED
  • Nikkor AF-S 35mm f/1.4G
  • Sigma 24-70mm F2.8 IF EX DG HSM
