Isn't the equivalent of not recommending APS-C because FF is bigger? Coming from a compact, both sensors are upgrades. The all-or-nothing mentality is ridiculous.

He can still use Pana lenses while having a body with IBIS (obviously not both on at the same time, he can choose), even with only 3-axis covered! Some IBIS is better, especially if using legacy glass or just native lenses with no OIS (guess what, Sony doesn't include it in all of its lenses either).
