Unless you buy all FF glass.
Then shoot APS-C or FF whichever you prefer,
and pick up a used body in the other format
for that one in a hundred "must-have the right DOF"shot.

This is actually a really good idea, especially considering how cheap very decent used APS-C bodies are. You could definitely play the formats against each other to have a strong setup for nearly any conditions. And of course you could just move around with one body and just anticipate which body/lenses would fit whatever you are planning to shoot.
