Thanks Andrew, and you make a good point, all of the cameras are great - it's only the D4 which really has the all round brilliance in every aspect though.

It is getting the gain that is testing, not keeping the status quo, though hand held in a good light with my 35-70 2.8D it is obviously loads better than the D200.

It has high ISO performance comparable with the D4/DF if you believe Ken (yes, I know) Rockwell's comparisons.

Frankly all the cameras on this thread will give fantastic results.
