If you want wireless TTL off-camera flash

You should put your thoughts in an Email to folks like Pocket Wizard.

I sent them an Email asking about X Series TTL support and got a nice reply back from Heather Simons in their support team.

Basically - decoding the Fuji TTL is R&D that will be driven by demand - if enough people want it, they'll spend the money.

So if you don't ask, you won't get!

Her reply below:

Hi Chris,

Thanks for your inquiry. In order to make a TTL radio system we must first decode the signals that are delivered by the camera's hot shoe, and then translate those signals so that they may be successfully transmitted via radio. Each brand uses a unique communication method. The communication method is like a brand’s language. In order to create a new TTL radio trigger we have to first translate the camera’s language, and then send it over radio, and finally translate it again into something that a remote flash will understand.

This requires a substantial amount of engineering and time. Any development of radios for new camera brands is dictated by the demand of photographers. Know that your desire for a TTL Fuji radio trigger has been communicated to our engineers.

You can use any of our radios to manually trigger your camera and flashes, however, please email me back if you would like more details or have any other questions. Thank you very much.

When replying to this email, please keep "(Case xxxxx)" in the subject line.

Best regards,
Heather Simons
