Why are folks so critical/cynical. This is the best view we've had so far. I've seen some of his other films-they are fine.

In many internet forums, including this one, some people instead of attacking someone's ..................................................................................................................................oints on it. This is what happens when even that minimum preparation is missing.

I agree with you is not exactly an in-depth analysis, but I think it's fair for him to say that he grabbed the camera and the shape/ergonomics gave him the impression that gave him. I feel the reactions so far to the ergonomics have been all over the map (i.e. I see a mix of points in the video, some without much thought, some others I think are more valid- from the little points presented).

Looking forward to try it out for myself. When I look at it, I feel pretty neutral about it on first pass- seems to have the dials and buttons I want which is what I could without holding one probably say may be missing or not. I actually like the design visually.

My only real concern on the physical design is size and how it would fit in a coat pocket.

"I thought: I read something in a book, I dream, I imagine, and it comes true. And it is exactly like this in life.
"You can dream, and it comes true, as long as you can get out of the certitudes. As long as you can get a pioneering spirit, as long as you can explore, as long as you can think off the grid. So much time we spend in our education, in our lives is spent learning certitudes, learning habits, trying to fight against the unknown, to avoid the doubts and question marks. As soon as you start to love the unknown, to love the doubts, to love the question marks, life becomes an absolutely fabulous adventure."

I would not worry too much about size if i can fit dp2m with lensehood l-bracket nd grip in my pants pocket i think i can put quatro too. On another note looking how he was flipping camera around and it looked so natural ergonomics of that grip are pretty impressive. I could not have done that with my dp2m even with grip attached.
