Pana GM1 vs. OM-D E-M10 as a Nikon D800 second body

I'm a veteran dSLR (currently Nikon D800), looking for a second, lighter body.

After long deliberation, I've made the decision to jump on the m4/3 waggon to solve my needs, and specifically these two models.

I'm looking for  RAW/bracketing capture capability, and do not need video.

I don't have yet and m 4/3 lens.

Studying the specs, the E10 looks more tempting (hot shoe, higher sync speed, better battery capacity).

Thus I can't understand why both systems (including a  kit lens) are priced almost identically. Is it only the smaller size of the Pana?

I'm I missing something?

Your insight, preferably from experience with those cameras, will be much appreciated!
