Sx220 vs Sx280 screen
I was in the market today and I wanted to share the following with you. I was playing with the sx280 and I found the back screen color reproduction and overall quality to be worse than this of the old sx220 series.
I looked then on the internet to find details about the two lcds under question but I have not found anything.. Do you know if what I am reporting here holds? That the latest sx280 series has worse lcd compared to the oldest sx220 series.
I would like to thank you in advance for your reply
I only have the SX260 so cannot compare, I find the resolution adequate, but maybe the LCD has a little too much blue when compared to my calibrated monitor, but not so much to be concerned once you are aware of it. The pity is that it makes the LCD less useful for evaluating WB in the field.
In what way do you think the SX280 screen is not as good, considering it is most likely the same LCD as the SX260 uses.
