It used to be if you made 50% or more of your income from a 'hobby' then you were considered a 'Pro'

What if you own 100+ rental properties bringing in the best part of £1millionUK per year but spend 50% of your time taking commercial photos that bring in only £20,000 a year, which is only 2% of total annual income?

Then I say that you're a hobbyist.

Of course you are free to disagree... I just made up the 10% thing anyway.

I might just agree with you though, which is why I mentioned in an earlier post, the importance of context.
