Hi, I'm in the same situation. Manfrotto's site has zero help in terms of offering user manuals or similar help.
Quite typical of many European manufacturers who make some good products but have no concept of the value of post-sales support. Sadly, they continue to lose business to cheaper made/priced suppliers who do a better job with this aspect of doing business. I'm looking to move on to another product line.
