I've switched from years of Samsung NX (100 &200 )with 16,30,50-200 to a fuji xe1 with 27/2.8 lens

I was very fond of my samsung but age was taking its tole and i prefered the build on the nx200 to the nx300 and felt i would be actually stepping backwards but switching to nx300 (personal opinion only, as i know to many people the nx300 is far superior)

I shoot everyday and like/love both systems,so no hidden agenda.

I just adore the xe1 its just nice to use and image quality is great, raw i use auto iso upto 6400 and im as happy at 6400 as i am at 200.

Low iso samsung and fuji are equal as they are both faultless, tests and charts should always be ignored.

The af system on fuji is bloody awful after using nx im getting a crazy number of missed focus shots, which i can live with but it may drive some people insane. the nx body design is also more stable in the hand.

i would say it the main drive for you in photography is consistent good low iso images go with samsung. but if your drive is either the shooting experience or higher iso go with fuji.

keep in mind if you want a collection of lenses samsung will be cheaper but the quality of the fuji build is higher. Personally all my samsung gear is now in a bag under the stairs and im not missing it. but i wouldnt cry if i had to switch back to it.

Samsung lost me when they went a bit too gadget minded and the nx galaxy just made me feel so ill i had to get out of nx.

I know it doesn't help you, but Fuji addressed the slow AF problems with the X-E1 by adding dedicated PDAF photosites to the sensors in the X-E2 and new X-T1.
