Now, there are enough owners and testers, so an answer must be out there.

I will be travelling through the capitals of some European countries and I want to travel light.

So, in addition to my FE 35/2.8 and FE 55/1.8, which wide should I seek for?

- light and relative small

- sharp when stopped down

- easy to correct in PP or already optically corrected (you know, architecture is the main photography during this trips).

The ones I'm thinking of are:

- Voigtlander 15/4.5 - I saw some corrected photos taken with A7 and it looked promising

- Voigtlander 21/1.8 - expensive solution, but...

- Samyang/Rokinon 14/2.8 (T3.5) - correctable in PP, but on the huge side

- Sony 20/2.8 - I have not seen any photos in combination with A7/R

Suggestions, please?

My experience is limited as yet, but small, light, and ultra wide don't mix well with FF sensors. Some friends are using the Voigtländer 21/1.8 and getting good results, at the cost of having to post-process every shot for color shifting. Not for me.

I've been using a Leica Elmarit-R 24mm f/2.8, which performs well wide open and superbly one to two stops down. It's neither light nor small, but it is an excellent UW.

I have two more lenses coming: Nikkor 18mm f/3.5 AI-S and Elmarit-R 19mm f/2.8. I'm pretty sure the Elmarit-R 19mm is the better of them, at a good deal more cost, size and weight, but the Nikkor may well be a very good performer too. I decided to try both of them out thoroughly and keep the one I preferred.
