Yes indeed, I think so!

Here a series from a chilly Norwegian dawn (-21ºC / -6ºF), as the moon is sinking in the west, and daylight slowly creeps in... And yes, it is that blue. A dreamy silent world, for merely half an hour or so, before it's overwhelmed by the sunrise, and it all transcends through pink into into shining white

(yes, I know, I forgot to turn off the IS when using the tripod, but still I cannot see any detrimental effects in IQ due to that)
