For the record the D3200 is an outdated model and the D3300 is current. The D3300 is a little cheaper than the E-M10, but also very stripped down (still a very nice camera though).

There has NEVER been an EVF made that matches the latency (ZERO latency) of an optical Viewfinder.  It may be better on SOME criteria, but low latency is the most important one for shooting fast moving subject matter.
