Bridge over the the Willimantic below Tolland Station, this winter and last summer.

This section of the line that connects Montreal to New London was started in the late 1840s. Land for the Right of Way was purchased in 1844 or so. By the mid 1860s the Railroad was buying woodlots along the Right of Way for fuel.
