Lack of OSS on the Sony Sonnar T* FE 55mm f/1.8 ZA a problem?

I have a keen interest in the Sony Sonnar T* FE 55mm f/1.8 ZA Lens. I'm hoping to rent an A7R  later this year, and would like to rent the best lens I can for both low light and for landscapes. Does the absence of OSS make a huge difference in the ability to capture great landscapes and low light (sunrise, sunset) shots? I'd prefer a prime rather than a zoom, and right now there are no FE Zeiss primes with OSS.

Thanks.

Sometimes I feel like 2/3'rds Rice Krispies. Past "Snap" and "Crackle" but just shy of "Pop".
