Nikon D7000 or 7100 - which is better for high ISO?

Just a quick question. I normally post in the Sony forum as I own and use Sony Alphas. But our household also includes a couple of Nikons (D60 and D90) that my wife uses as a volunteer photographer for our church outreach group. There seem to be some good sales on Nikon DSRLs and we are looking at trading in one of the Nikons for one that will let her get better photos at higher ISO settings (flash photography is not always appropriate in our church).  Thus, I would like to ask for your recommendations as to which camera would get better results at higher ISO or is there no difference. Thank you in advance.
