NX-300 vs XE-1 (not a troll, some people here seem to own both)

Hi,
I'm currently owning a NX-300 with a few lenses (16mm - seldom use it, 18-55mm only for video, 30 mm - very nice but slow AF and noisy, 45mm - some portraits and 85mm - used it two times at most, but bought it quite cheap) and I'm more and more annoyed by it's slowness, especially when I can compare my friend's latest NEX cameras. As I really don'y understand what Samsung is doing these days, I started to look elsewhere and I was surprised to see that a Fuji XE-1 + 18-55 can be found found for about 700€.
I have had a NX10 (nice concept, but awful pictures above 800 Iso, sluggish AF), a NX1000 (nice, very cheap but damn too slow and so-so IQ) and then the 300. So I know there aren't many reviews of Samsung NX cameras here or there, and I don't trust "mainstream" websites. I'm sure 90% of NX users are registered here
So, could someone help me by making a quick comparison, with the advantages of both cameras ? There is nowhere I could touch one, test it, in the neighborhood.
My main usage is backpacking photography (landscapes, portraits, proxy) and street photography. No sport in fact. As a former Pentax user (need to process noise most of the time), I use to shoot only RAW. I'm just looking for a nice walk around camera that is like an good APS-C DSLR but without mirror, and in a smaller package. An EVF would be wonderful ! And if I can cover all my needs with a single lens (why not buying a nice prime later), I won't complain !
I was lucky to buy all my lenses from Easter Europe, so I won't loose really few money if I switch totally and sell everything.
Thanks for any kind of help.
