Zoom: Tokina 80-400 vs Sigma 120-400 vs Pentax 55-300

I am looking for a new telezoom and these three are at the top of my list for wildlife photography. If I want a zoom that covers roughly the 100-400 range, out of these lenses which takes top rank for IQ and real woprld speed.

Pentax HD DA 55-300mm f/4-5.8 ED WR

Sigma 120-400mm f/4.5-5.6 AF APO DG HSM

Tokina 80-400/4.5-5.6

The Tokina would be hard to find, but is it worth the wait?
