If I am shooting a subject that does not present a challenge to dynamic range, where highlights might get easily blown, I tend to shoot at ISO 100 -- if lighting and subject allow.

I have done some comparisons and ISO 100 tends to capture slightly better fine detail and cleaner images than ISO 200.

For general shooting I usually shoot at ISO 200 and up.

That's just been my experience using the E-M1.
