Why would you want to do that? A special lens profile is hardly needed for MFT lenses since the info LR needs to do distortion correction is provided by the RAW file itself and since correction of lateral CA is done automatically by LR anyway (from version 4 on) if you check the box labeled "Remove Chromatic Aberration". The only thing left would be correction for vignetting (which most MFT bodies can do too, if you choose to enable the option called "shading compensation"). The 45 has very little vignetting (that's one of its virtues) and is practically distortion-free so the only thing you would normally want to do is correction of lateral CA.
