Song Birds (BIF) A99 w/Sony 70-200mm f/2.8 G

Today I thought I would try my Sony 70-200mm f/2.8 G for shooting the Song Birds In Flight. As I has stated on previous post I need to zoom back some when using my 70-400mm G so I figured I would just us the 70-200mm G. By the way I use this lens a lot for doing portraits and now find it works fantastically well in this situation.

I learned more things today and will use this lens the next time I go out but try some other techniques for setup and shooting. Seems like most things, the more you do it the more you learn.

I just have to say these birds move really fast and it is tough to catch them in flight.

If you like you can watch a slideshow of more birds from today on my Google + site:
