In manual mode, pick a shutter speed and aperture. Set the ISO to auto. That's the only way I'm aware that you'd be able to use an ISO settings at ISO160 or ISO320 etc. with that camera. If you want more incremental controls of your ISO levels in shutter or aperture priority, then you might consider the Canon 60D or Canon 70D.

P.S.  Also Magic Lantern might give you more incremental controls of your ISO levels too with that camera.  Check the internet for details.
