$1000 to spend but can't find a camera that fits the bill 100% :(

I am just an amateur photographer who wants a camera for multiple uses.....

Family photos, landscape photos, CG texture/backplates, interior low light shots etc etc. A versatile camera that is always in my bag or jacket pocket.

I won't compromise on the following-

1- Has to be APS-C sized sensor nothing smaller.

2- Screen has to be able to face forwards to take self portraits

3- A good quality 16-50mm or 18-70mm  kind of range lens is all I need.

Plus a wider prime for landscape later on. Nothing else.

4- As small as possible.

Sony and Fuji seem to come closest but not 100%.

Cameras I am looking at-

Sony Alpha 5000 and 6000. 6000 would have been perfect if it had the 180° screen. The 16-50mm lens seem to be bad?

Fuji XE series- I tried the XE1 and the AF was painful for a modern camera. XT1 looks interesting but bigger than Nex and no 180° screen.

What say you?

Fujifilm X-E1 Fujifilm X-T1
